A rogue police detective in search of his parents' killer is murdered and reborn the ultimate killer.

Steve Clark is a newcomer in the town of Cradle Bay, and he quickly realizes that there's something odd about his high school classmates. No other prints are known to exist, though fragments and still photos have surfaced from time to time.
