The teams must navigate an outrageous farm-themed obstacle course, which includes milking cows by popping udder balloons, searching for corn cobs in haystacks and lassoing stuffed animals from a pen. The training wheels come off in the main dish challenge when the chefs leave the kitchen and have the recruits create an entire composed dish on their own. It's a head-to-head battle between the final four recruits as they each cook a composed dish to earn a spot in the final cook.
