Afterwards, it's time to get shrimpin' when Anne and Tiffany teach the recruits how to prepare shrimp and grits. Then in the main dish challenge, the teams must break down an entire fish and serve a delicious fish entrée. It's a head-to-head battle between the final four recruits as they each cook a composed dish to earn a spot in the final cook.
