Children’s Ward returns to the biggest hospital in north Wales to follow the emotional stories of the young patients and devoted staff who treat them. The medical team at Wrexham Maelor regularly have to give emergency treatment to very young children. But when three critically ill babies arrive at the hospital within 24 hours and only one high dependency unit is available, tough decisions must be made. Doctors and nurses work fast to help two tiny babies who are fighting to breathe on their own.
