Rubber Jack, a Big Apple-based Japanese thief in debt to mobsters, robs a convenience store and winds up with money from a major bank heist. With the help of bartender Cash, a mercenary buddy who first betrays him and then saves his neck, he tracks the source of the bills to Key West, Florida, and the two head south in search of a mysterious woman named Sunny. Meanwhile the mob has caught the whiff of a $2 million payday and is hot on their trail.

Rico 'Honeyboy' Ramirez is a Puerto Rican from the South Bronx who finds fame and fortune as a middleweight boxer. A thriller captured in real time from the point of view of a six year old girl named Hanah. Through the eyes of Hanah, we experience a normal, almost boring evening for Hanah and her friend Toby. David Janssen plays Harry Orwell, a retired L.A. cop who was shot during a robbery and whose partner was killed in the incident. Is it a setup? This was the first pilot for the ABC detective series *Harry O*, which (after a second pilot, *Smile Jenny, You're Dead*, was picked up) aired from September 1974 to April 1976.

The story revolves around a guy whose got a defect in him and how he gets trapped in a crime which forces him to kidnap a girl in order save his beloved ones.

Take the characters from a number of sci-fi based animes, a stage not unlike "Wacky Races," super deformed madness, and general insanity and what you get is Scramble Wars. While Scramble Wars does include characters from the original Bubblegum Crisis, Gall Force and Genesis Survivor Gaiarth, it also has a few other characters from other animes such as AD Police and Riding Bean.
