Ilya Muromets has to rescue his trusty horse Burushka and Kiev treasury from the greedy hands of the famous bandit, Solovey-Razboynik.

Ollie Dee and Stannie Dum try to borrow money from their employer, the toymaker, to pay off the mortgage on Mother Peep's shoe and keep it and Little Bo Peep from the clutches of the evil Barnaby. When that fails, they trick Barnaby, enraging him.

There are four entrances to the dragons' beautiful world: fire, water, earth and air. Only Ethelbert, the guardian, has the key and the secret to get out. Kevin, a boy form Mediaeval Age, falls into the water and goes to Dragon Hill. He and the youngest dragon become friends. But everything is not perfect in Dragon Hill. When Michael gets hold of the situation, he manages to get rid of Mishap once and for all. After all, he has more important things to do. At the last moment, he prevents his girlfriend Kathrin from getting married to the pompous merchant Habermoos.
