A prisoner is locked away in a lonely prison cell as part of a state-of-the-art program for prisoners all over the nation, operated by the notorious Doctor Money due to a recent deadly virus spreading throughout the world. While locked away, the prisoner uses an audio messaging system to communicate with others outside the prison.

In a desperate attempt to make their voices heard by the government, two men and a woman, living in difficult circumstances in the Tin Shacks, take a diplomatic meeting with political officials, which turns into a hostage situation. Compelled by circumstances, they unwittingly find themselves cast in the role of terrorists, thereby exposing social inequalities and government indifference.

A young man is sentenced to prison for a term of eight years, yet he's allowed out if he promises not to get married for those eight years, lest he be forced to complete his sentence behind bars. On June 3, 1973, a man was murdered in a busy intersection of San Francisco’s Chinatown as part of an ongoing gang war.
