The event featured a Triple Threat main event which saw “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles take on “Mr ROH” Roderick Strong and reDRagon’s Kyle O’Reilly.

ROH Winter Warriors Tour 2015 Night 2 was a professional wrestling event produced by Ring of Honor (ROH). It took place on January 31, 2015 at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds Coliseum in Dayton, Ohio. It featured a tag-team main event of The Briscoes taking on ACH & Matt Sydal.

It took place on January 30, 2015 at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center in Dearborn, Michigan. It featured a main event of ROH World Champion Jay Lethal defending his title against challenger and former champ, Roderick Strong.

Reborn: Completion was a wrestling event promoted by Ring of Honor. It took place on July 17, 2004 at the Rex Plex in Elizabeth, New Jersey. It featured a main event of ROH World Champion Samoa Joe & the Briscoe Brothers taking on The Rottweilers: Homicide, Ricky Reyes & Rocky Romero.

Death before Dishonor VI was a wrestling event promoted by Ring of Honor. It took place on August 2, 2008 at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, New York. It featured a Four Way Elimination Match for the ROH World Title as the main event pitting champion Nigel McGuinness against Bryan Danielson and Claudio Castagnoli and Tyler Black.

It was the third and final event under the Over the Limit chronology. In a main event from the Raw brand, John Laurinaitis challenged John Cena. Another main event from the Raw brand featured CM Punk defending against Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship. In the main event from the SmackDown brand, Sheamus defended against Alberto Del Rio, Randy Orton, and Chris Jericho in a Fatal Four-way match for the World Heavyweight Championship.

New Year Dash!! is a professional wrestling event held annually by New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). It is held every year the day after Wrestle Kingdom, the biggest show of the year for New Japan, starting at Wrestle Kingdom 8 in 2014. There have been eight events under the name held so far, with the traditional January 5 date. In 2020 and 2021, with Wrestle Kingdom a two night event, New Year Dash!! was held January 6. The event was not held in 2022, with the intended return to a one-day Wrestle Kingdom for 2023, the event will return to January 5.

Dangal is an extraordinary true story based on the life of Mahavir Singh and his two daughters, Geeta and Babita Phogat. The film traces the inspirational journey of a father who trains his daughters to become world class wrestlers.

Winnie Lightner is the head of a health clinic and has Joe E. Brown as one of her employees. Brown is a wrestler named JoJo and he is forced to enter the ring and face down a musclebound masked opponent (Frank S. Hagney). Making matters worse, the masked marauder is convinced that his wife has been fooling around with JoJo. JoJo is knocked out early in the proceedings, whereupon he dreams he's a sultan surrounded by harem girls. A romantic subplot involves Paul Gregory and Claudia Dell. Gregory works for Dell's father and Dell asks her father to give Gregory a promotion so that she can spend more time with him. When Gregory refuses to be promoted without earning the position, she threatens to have him fired and Gregory quits his job. Gregory attempts to start a new career as a championship wrestler and is trained by Lightner and Brown. When Dell finds out about this, she attempts to stop him and asks for his forgiveness. She pleads with him to not fight but he has already promised...

At Dominion 6.9 in Osaka-jo Hall, Tomohiro Ishii lost a tag team match to Minoru Suzuki. After the match Suzuki and Ishii brawled because of this not only was a tag team title match was made but another match where Ishii will defend the RPW British Heavyweight Championship against Suzuki. At Sakura Genesis, Kazuchika Okada defeated Zack Sabre Jr. to retain the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. At Dominion 6.9 in Osaka-jo Hall Sabre Jr. defeated the Chaos team of Ishii and Yano in a tag match. Because of this victory a Sakura Genesis rematch was made for the show between Okada and Sabre Jr. Jay White was originally announced as going up against Chris Brookes, but as Brookes fell ill, he was replaced with Kyle Fletcher.
