KIM hands his boss the tape and SHING’s post is temporarily relieved. PAUL interrogates another witness to WAH’s case, Dr. Chan. Dr. Chan tells him that SHING has paid him to testify against WAH. He also remembers that when KWONG brought some herbal tea for KWUN, he spilled some ink and left his finger prints on the prescription.
