Survivor South Africa: Return of the Outcasts is the ninth season of Survivor South Africa. The season featured twenty returning players from the previous seasons of the series. Dino Paulo defeated Shane Hattingh in a 7-2 vote to become the Sole Survivor.

With Dino voted out, tensions between Anela and Wardah continued to build with the numbers shifting in her advantage after the second tribe shuffle. After returning from Immunity Island, Anela lied that he won an extra vote for the first Tribal Council after merge.
