Joel Freeman

Joel Freeman is an American fitness instructor and trainer, currently one of the younger, newer generation Beachbody Super Trainers. He is strong in both cardio (HIIT, martial arts) and weight training. Some feel he is the replacement for Tony Horton. He created a martial arts-inspired program called Core De Force, LIIFT4 (a program that combines Lifting with HIIT), and more recently, 10 Rounds (a shadow boxing fitness program with weight training).
