A musical drama based on Giuseppe Verdi's opera Rigoletto.

Rigoletto, court jester to the libertine Duke of Mantua, is cursed by the father of one of the Duke’s victims for his irreverent laughter. When the Duke seduces Rigoletto’s daughter Gilda, it seems the curse is taking effect… Rigoletto arranges to have the Duke assassinated. But Gilda still loves the womanizing Duke and sacrifices herself in his place. Rigoletto eagerly uncovers the corpse only to find instead his fatally wounded daughter, who dies in his arms.

Stranded in a train station on Christmas Eve, two strangers meet at a bar, only to lose complete contact with each other. After an unexpected series of events brings them together again, they find their lives are no longer so simple.

A modern adaptation of Satyajit Ray's classic short story

On October 8th, 1968, Ray Charles, the Raelettes and accompanying musicians performed a televised concert at the Salle Playel, in Paris. The performance was outstanding and included a couple hits as well as lesser known gems, such as The Sun Died, I Believe to My Soul, I've Had My Fun (Going Down Slow) and A Tear Fell.
