It skirts concerns surrounding the Minsk agreement, Ukraine's on going attacks on what were separatist republics, the fact Ukraine prior to the war, had one of the biggest armies in Europe (not such an underdog). In summary, given its lack of objectivity, its hard for me not to view this, as proportionally, for the most part, propaganda.
