This Movie was a solid debut, the acting was good, the cinematography was amazing, the sound design was good. My only criticism would have to be of Brendan Fugere, at some points I didn’t quite feel like his character was the most believable, particularly the part where he smokes a cigar like someone who’s clearly never smoked. To balance that out though, he had some good jawline shots. Overall I’d give it a 10/10, excited to see what the director does next

The Curse of Captain Silverbeard pushes the limits on how good a short film can be with no budget. The action scenes add so much, all the fighting is really enjoyable, and it's complemented by a great score. There are some good character moments, like the argument scene, and the campsite scene. The gator scene could have used more shots of maybe more realistic gators, and Officer Johnson, and Officer Jonson's mustaches looked a bit fake. Overall is quite an enjoyable short film
