A wave of terror is threatening to unseat Shogun Yoshimune. Along with Hijikata Toshizo and Okita Soji, Kondo leads the group in an attempt to save Japan from the rebels.

Oda Nobunaga (1534–1582) was a major daimyo during the Warring State period of Japanese history.
