Fired from his band and hard up for cash, guitarist and vocalist Dewey Finn finagles his way into a job as a fifth-grade substitute teacher at a private school, where he secretly begins teaching his students the finer points of rock 'n' roll. The school's hard-nosed principal is rightly suspicious of Finn's activities. But Finn's roommate remains in the dark about what he's doing.

With melodic progressive rock and socially critical lyrics, the British band Porcupine Tree also gained a large fan base in Germany at the turn of the millennium. Inspired by Steven Blush's book "American Hardcore: A tribal history" Paul Rachman's feature documentary debut is a chronicle of the underground hardcore punk years from 1979 to 1986. Interviews and rare live footage from artists such as Black Flag, Bad Brains, Minor Threat, SS Decontrol and the Dead Kennedys.

This is a superb collection of live, studio work and videos and a must for anyone who likes rock music. Actually music full stop. Because this is a band of probably the best musicians you will ever hear. So what you get here is simply an amazing collection of excellent music from concerts all over the world as well as some videos from the time. Here you have the cheesy Knocking At Your Back Door and Bad Attitude to smokin live footage of Black Night (84) and Space truckin (85). While the dvd is mainly split evenly between the Blackmore years and Morse years, both are equally outstanding.

Heart performs at The Concert for the Americas, a music festival held on August 20, 1982, in the Dominican Republic at the Altos de Chavón Amphitheater, a 5,000-seat, open-air Greek-style venue located approximately two hours east of Santo Domingo. It was the amphitheater's inaugural event.
