In 1960s Wyoming, two men develop a strong emotional and sexual relationship that endures as a lifelong connection complicating their lives as they get married and start families of their own.

Actor Kang Seo Joon was once one of South Korea’s biggest and most popular stars, but his career is now in decline. But despite his fall in popularity, he believes he has had a change of fortune when he meets and falls for a dashing young chef named Han Ji Woo.

The story takes place at Shido Academy, a boarding school for boys, and centers on Hayama Takumi, a lonely and shy boy who suffers from an extreme phobia of human contact and can't stand being touched by others. During his second year of study, Takumi has to share his room with Saki "Gui" Giichi. Gui was raised overseas and is the school idol due to his outstanding academic performance and good looks. One day, Gui confesses to Takumi that he has been in love with him for some time. This truth unsettles Takumi, but however, he comes to realize the true sensitivity of Gui's personality.

Mitsuo Ichikawa receives a phone call from Mitsuo Ichikawa. Their names are pronounced the same, but spelled differently using kanji. They also graduated from the same high school. Back in their high school days, Mitsuo Ichikawa was like a subordinate to Mitsuo Ichikawa. Mitsuo Ichikawa is now a hoodlum and tells the other Mitsuo that he killed a woman. They become accomplices and build a new relationship.

Shu Nian is later fired by Xie Yan's father. Devastated that his father has sent Shu Nian away, Xie Yan's relationship with his father sours, particularly since the older Xie already knew about the relationship between Xie Yan and Shu Nian.
