An alluring collection of twenty-five short films by some of the most promising, up-and-coming directors in Korea.

Nice Shorts consists of four short films from up and coming directors. A simple walk means so much more in the touching short "Shall We Take a Walk?" directed by Kim Ye Yeong and Kim Yeong Geun. Directed by Hong Sung Hoon, "Girl" tells of a father's strange day when his son's girlfriend shows up, and Lee Jeong Wook's "Mates" goes undercover into memories and crime solving. Winner of Best Korean Short at the 2009 Jeonju Film Festival and the Excellence Award at the Seoul Independent Film Festival, Jo Sung Hee's "Don't Step Out of the House" is about two young children who live in a rundown apartment by themselves, and what happens when adults invade their space.

"Short! Short! Short! 2009" is an anthology film commissioned by the Jeonju International Film Festival (JIFF) to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The film consists of 10 short films centered around the theme of "Money," made by 10 up & coming directors in South Korea.

"Heroes in Love" is a collection of short films about young love in Hong Kong.

LIFE IS JOURNEY is an anthology of four stories about people who live in solitude, but who yearn for togetherness. Each day brings chance meetings and reluctant partings, joy and pain. The first vignette, "Life", portrays half of a woman's life in one-scene, one-cut, nine-minute sequence. "N" is a comical take on a man abandoned by his lover. "Ya" explores the bond of female friendship as one woman consoles a brokenhearted girlfriend. In "Nowhere", a man and a woman roam the streets of a foreign land in search of lost time.

A collection of 3 shorts films about teen boys becoming men and the hardship they go through. The shorts films are: A Friend of Dorothy (1994); Baby (2000); A Little Comfort [Juste un peu de réconfort...] (2004).

This short films collection deals with coming of age which describes the process of maturing from youth to adult. The unrest and conflicts that go hand in hand with this difficult time are reflected in a wide variety of topics. Deep intimate situations alternate with deliciously funny moments. The short films are: Like a Brother (2002); Late Bloomer (2004); Little Wings (2007); Connected (2008); The Cousin [El primo] (2008); Ready? OK! (2008).

The fourth short film collection gives its creators special artistic expression: as if under a magnifying glass, it shows snapshots of lives of teens and young men as they fall in love and try to understand the unexpected. The 6 short films are: Sexy Grandpa (2001); Coffee (2004); Thermopylae (2005); The Love Within (2016); Romeo's Kiss [Le baiser] (2007); Love, Death & Cars (2008).

Coming-of-age short film collection about adolescence. In "An Afterthought", the story of Peter Pan is taken up, does the Everlasting Boy really appear to little Jane or is it all just a dream? In "Beautiful Alexander", the insecure teenager's dilemma is revealed: does he dare to go one step further and approach his idol Ivan on the beach? In a run-down part of Madrid, Paco and José in "Cuban Heel Shoes" have to take care that no one finds out about their love affair. Claudio is 15 and wants to belong to the clique in "J'ador", he admires the 18 year old leader Lauro. If he wants to belong he needs to grow up. "Mani" is 12 and trying to come to terms with his burgeoning puberty/sexuality. He discovers that his mother is having an affair with the family driver. In "My Brother", the brothers Umberto and Stefano have to share a room, with the elder Umberto being forced to look after his younger brother, who constantly seeks contact and affection.

This popular international series continues with this third volume of five short films focusing on men, including: Vanilla [Baunilha] (2017); Lightrapping (2016); Polaroid (2014); Five Minutes a Day [Cinco Minutos Por Dia] (2018); My Brother [Mio fratello] (2015).

We wish to make him ours, to keep and to hold forever - but will the boy reciprocate? And is he everything we expected him to be? In these five tales from the UK, France, Sweden, Mexico and the USA, a variety of characters throw caution to the wind and take their chances on a fleeting moment.
