Red blood cells that carry oxygen, white blood cells that fight bacteria, and countless other cells work tirelessly day and night to protect your health and life. The film will also focus on daughter and father, Niko and Shigeru as they both live different lifestyles, and as their lively days go on, pathogens start to sneak up on their bodies. The most epic battle in the history of human cells, with the future of Niko and Shigeru at stake, is about to begin!

Chiaki is an aspiring conductor who faces the challenge of leading an orchestra which is made up of substitutes. Nodame gives her support to her beloved as she works hard towards achieving her dream to pass a promotion exam at their music conservatory. Will Chiaki be able to revive a broken down orchestra and launch his musical career? What will become of Nodame and Chiaki's relationship?

Aoi Nishimori's parents moved to another city for work, but Aoi didn't want to transfer to a new high school. She stays behind and lives in an apartment by herself. The story centers on the daily life of college dorm roommates Yumi Irisu and Ruka Kujirai. Ruka, the older of the two, is constantly penniless despite her being active in a band. Irusu works part-time at a second-hand bookstore.
