The audience of the show is watching the transmissions of twenty camera teams filming the hunt. This television special is an alternate telling of the Kamen Rider Ryuki story. Shinji Kido's life, working as an employee at ORE Journal, takes a sharp turn after being pulled into the Mirror World by a Mispider. Luckily, he was saved by Kamen Rider Ryuki, Koichi Sakakibara. However, Sakakibara could no longer go on due to the severity of his injuries and passed his Card Deck to Shinji, allowing him to become the next Ryuki and defeat the monster.

This is the first of two special DVD episodes of Kamen Rider Ghost. The ghost hunting gang runs into trouble when they get involved in a ganma game show. It features the debut of both the Ikkyu Ghost Eyecon as well as the Pythagoras Ghost Eyecon. It take place between episode 12 and 13 of the Kamen Rider Ghost TV series.
