Three extraordinary stories covering infidelity, adoption, and a drug dealer turned actor intertwine as characters meet in the streets of London.

The movie deals with the trials and tribulations of multiple disconnected characters trying to find meaning in the spiritual and super natural experiences they have. The intertwining story threads include a baker (Kunchako) going to meet his pregnant wife (Bhama), a moneylender (Manoj K Jayan) with an imaginary friend (Saiju Kurup), an atheist policeman (Kalabhavan Mani) who is unfaithful to his wife, an old man (Janardhanan) whose daughter (Anju Aravind) gets into a road accident, a photographer (Joy Mathew) and a college girl (Sarayu) trying to prank her room mates.

A taxi robbery and murder occurred in Fukagawa late at night. Detectives Nagata and Miyagawa of the Metropolitan Police Department's First Investigation Division, who suspect the perpetrator as a habitual offender, flew to Yanagibashi using the remains as clues, and suspect a forester, but before this case was closed, a new incident using the same method occurred in Shinbashi, and this time the driver's corpse was not found.

A fisherman begins studying to be an osteopath. Although he isn't finished with medical school, he begins treating his landlady's daughter who is believed to have a chronic illness. He still does not have a degree when he marries the daughter and begins practising osteopathy.
