A serial killer (Woong-in Jeong) whose modus operandi includes painting abstract designs on his victims prior to raping, killing, and eating them is captured and interrogated by a hardened district attorney (Soo-yeon Kang). When the maniac fails to provide answers satisfying both the prosecution and defense attorneys, he is hypnotized and shocking secrets begin to emerge.

The same day of their marriage, Jean's wife dies of a strange ailment in the middle of surgery. Afflicted by the loss, the young man abandons his medical studies and takes refuge in the memories of his time of courtship. At the same time that this happens, a wave of murders shakes the city with the same pattern of behavior: the victims are surgery students whose bodies have had both hands amputated.

Too bad then, that Lester’s also a psychotic cannibal who enjoys mutilating these lovelorn souls, via his trusty chainsaw, and using their flesh for his dinner. When a copycat killer threatens to bring him down, Lester must do all he can to prevent this new killer’s sloppy work from ruining them both.
