The film is actually quite thought provoking; it touches on the conversation about continuing to live regardless of the quality of life and it questions the role of traditional (and often religiously ethical medical treatments) against what could be described as more pagan ones. It's eerily shot which means at times quite it can be hard to see what's going on, but is still an interesting horror film with virtually no screaming!
