A small town farmer, who happens to be very wealthy, meets and falls for an actress, but his friends warn him she's only interested in his money.

In this loose adaptation of Shakespeare's "Henry IV," Mike Waters is a hustler afflicted with narcolepsy. Scott Favor is the rebellious son of a mayor.
