It took place on May 31, 2014 at the Ginásio do Ibirapuera arena in São Paulo, Brazil. A heavyweight bout between Fábio Maldonado and Stipe Miocic headlined this card.

UFC Fight Night 37: Gustafsson vs. Manuwa was a mixed martial arts event held on March 8, 2014, at The O2 Arena in London, England. A bout between Alexander Gustafsson and Jimi Manuwa headlined the event. UFC President Dana White initially announced that a bout between Gustafsson and Antônio Rogério Nogueira would be headlining the event. However, just 5 days after the fight was announced news came that Nogueira had to withdraw from the bout due to an injury. Later, reports came that said that Nogueira had never agreed to take the fight against Gustafsson at all.

UFC on Fox 11: Werdum vs. Browne was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on April 19, 2014, at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida. The event was headlined by a heavyweight number one contenders bout between Fabrício Werdum and Travis Browne.

The curated collection features 20 different Lesnar-related videos, including his UFC bouts with Shane Carwin, Randy Couture, Heath Herring, Frank Mir, Alistair Overeem and Cain Velasquez, as well as the various “Countdown” series that focused on the former UFC heavyweight champion and current WWE superstar. It also takes a more serious tone than Spike's previous MMA programming. But at its heart, Shamrock is not about MMA. It's about love and hurt, and finding forgiveness and acceptance in the face of dysfunction. For Frank, on his own road of self-improvement, it was about finding peace.

UFC Fight Night 50: Jacare vs. Mousasi was a mixed martial arts event held on September 5, 2014, at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut.

UFC Fight Night 51: Bigfoot vs. Arlovski was a mixed martial arts event held on September 13, 2014 at Ginásio Nilson Nelson in Brasília, Brazil. The event was headlined by a heavyweight rematch between Antônio Silva and Andrei Arlovski. Their first fight at Strikeforce: Heavy Artillery ended in a unanimous decision victory for Silva.

UFC Fight Night 45: Cerrone vs. Miller was a mixed martial arts event held on July 16, 2014 at Revel Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The event was headlined by a lightweight bout between Donald Cerrone and Jim Miller. The preliminary card bout between Cláudia Gadelha and Tina Lähdemäki was the first women's strawweight fight in UFC history.
