"BABYMETAL - Live Legend D" was a monumental concert event that took place on February 1, 2012, at Akasaka BLITZ in Tokyo. The show, dedicated to Su-metal's 15th birthday, was part of the "Live Legend" series and marked a significant milestone in BABYMETAL's early career. Featuring an intense setlist that included early hits like "Doki Doki ☆ Morning" and "Ijime, Dame, Zettai," the performance was characterized by Su-metal's commanding vocals, the synchronized choreography of Moametal and Yuimetal, and the thunderous backing of the Kami Band. At 14, best friends Robb Reiner and Lips made a pact to rock together forever. Their band, Anvil, hailed as the "demi-gods of Canadian metal" influenced a musical generation that includes Metallica, Slayer, and Anthrax. Following a calamitous European tour, Lips and Robb, now in their fifties, set off to record their 13th album in one last attempt to fulfill their boyhood dreams.
