In the year 10,191, the most precious substance in the universe is the spice Melange. The spice extends life. The spice expands consciousness. The spice is vital to space travel. The spice exists on only one planet in the entire universe, the vast desert planet Arrakis, also known as Dune. Its native inhabitants, the Fremen, have long held a prophecy that a man would come, a messiah who would lead them to true freedom.

A Trial-series cyborg pretends to be Kenzaki (Kamen Rider Blade), who quickly discovers the fraud and fights him. The Narumi Detective Agency cook different original donburi meals, the "Hard-Boiledon" by Shotaro, the "Acceldon" by Ryu, and the "Doubledon" by Akiko, with Philip being the judge of the contest to discover what is inside the Dopant!

Set shortly after Kamen Rider W: Donburi's α/Farewell Beloved Recipe DVD, this video features the content normally found in the Hyper Battle DVD (explaining the powers and weapons of the Kamen Riders), revealed as Philip having come down with temporary amnesia after slipping on a hard-boiled egg and hitting his head.

When another Mega Shark returns from the depths of the sea, world militaries go on high alert. Ocean traffic grinds to a standstill as everyone lives in fear of the insatiable beast. Out of options, the US government unleashes the top secret Mecha Shark project - a mechanical shark built to have the same exact characteristics as Mega.
