Bob Marley and the Wailers entered the newly refurbished Tuff Gong Studios on May 1, 1980 to rehearse songs for the upcoming Uprising tour which starts June 1, 1980 in München, Germany. A film crew is at the rehearsal to film footage for a JBC documentary on Bob Marley and Tuff Gong. Much of the rehearsal was captured on film, and it has become legendary footage.

On 19 March, 2009 Eric Clapton joined the Allman Brothers Band on stage at The Beacon Theatre in New York City for the first of two historic guest appearances. Other guests that evening were Susan Tedeschi and Danny Louis of Gov't Mule. This year marks the 20th Anniversary of Allman Brothers Band performances at the Beacon and the 40th Anniversary of their founding.

Kpop girl group, BLACKPINK held a successful concert at the Tokyo Dome. The show was attended by about 55,000 fans and was full of energetic and dynamic performances. They performed at the Tokyo Dome for the first time as part of their "BLACKPINK 2019–2020 World Tour". The quartet lead the concert with their hits including “Forever Young,” “Kill This Love,” “Playing With Fire,” “Boombayah” and “As If It’s Your Last.”

The DNA World Tour was the tenth concert tour by American vocal group Backstreet Boys in support of their tenth studio album, DNA (2019). The tour performed over 150 shows in the Americas, Africa, Europe, Asia and Australia. It was the ninth highest-grossing tour of 2019, with a total attendance of 999,242 from 95 shows, as well as a total revenue of $92,310,105.

Gackt Live Tour 2000 MARS ~Visitor from the Sky: La réminiscence~ was the first live tour of Gackt, and it was released on VHS on October 4, 2000, and DVD on November 11, 2000. The video recording of the final concert was filmed on June 1, 2000 at the Yokohama Arena.
