Franz Mooshuber, mayor of a little Bavarian town, receives a letter invitation from the mayor of Cannes, asking him to participate in the annual boat joust tournament. When he and his two buddies return, they don't just bring back the trophy but also a bus full of sexy girls and ambitious plans to turn their village into a wild tourist resort.

At a high-school party, four friends find that losing their collective virginity isn't as easy as they had thought. But they still believe that they need to do so before college. To motivate themselves, they enter a pact to all "score" by their senior prom.

Due to a mistake by the travel agency she works for, a young woman finds herself deeply in debt and stranded in a tourist resort full of incredibly stuck-up travelers. After Jan unsuccessfully lodges a complaint against him, Brad sets about to seduce her in the guise of a sincere and upstanding Texas rancher. When mutual friend Jonathan discovers that his best friend is moving in on the girl he desires, however, sparks fly.
