Uno dopo l'altro

This comical spaghetti western inspired by the success of Lo Chiamavano Trinita and its sequels benefits from expansive cinematography by future cult filmmaker Aristide Massaccesi (a.k.a. Joe D'Amato). Stan Cooper and Gordon Mitchell star as a pair of bumbling conmen who wander through the West looking to make a fast buck. Their plans go awry when they run into a blustering, foul-tempered Mexican general who wants them eliminated.

Ramirez, the general of the Mexican revolution against Maximilian who has been appointed king of Mexico, organizes his forces to attack the king's General, Miranda. Ramirez realizes that the Aztec Indians would be allies of great value, so he offers to return to them an idol statue that has been stolen from them. Only Alleluja is capable of retrieving the idol from the thieves.

Two 'friends', Jonas and Mark, who live by cheating and squandering their money in saloons meet a crazy old man who tells them that gold has been discovered in the Rocky Mountains. The whole town moves, with dreams of becoming rich, but they are bitterly disappointed when on their way home they are robbed by Mulieta and his vicious gang of outlaws. Jonathan and Mark are spurred into action and decide to fight Mulieta's gang and retrive their gold.

The Cortez brothers rob a bank and flee beyond the Mexican border. On their trail are various people, each for a different reason: Sheriff Fulton is sent by the robbed bank to recuperate the money; Django, a head-hunter, is after them for the reward money; Pickwick is after a saddle stolen from him by the Cortez brothers; Pedro and Dolores, saloon owners, also would like to have the loot.

Durango, a debt collector, arrives in the town of Tucson, where he is hired by a bank director called Ferguson, who refuses to pay him his fee afterwards. Durango is thrown in jail on a false accusation but manages to escape and teams up with a Mexican bandit to get even with Ferguson, who has concocted a complicated plan to rob a shipment of gold belonging to the people of Tucson.

Chaco, a Mexican on the run from just about everyone, is framed for the killing of a couple of Mexican cattlemen. Everyone knows he's innocent but the evidence is substantial. Chaco escapes and with the help of a bounty hunter, goes after the real murderers.

An upright priest, disliked the corrupt upper echelons of V.A.T.I.C.A.N.O., is imprisoned, tortured and sentenced to certain death. But by divine intercession he'd be able to save himself: once put back on track, and trained in the martial arts by an eccentric monk, he will take revenge in a crescendo of disproportionate violence.

Sam is wounded by the Mash Flanigan gang who enters a saloon and kills everybody in sight including his brother. Walbash chases Flanigan to Golden City for revenge, leading to the obligatory showdown. One of the clever scenes is when gunfighters Gordon Mitchell, Lincoln Tate and Peter Martell interview for jobs and are introduced with their acting names Mitchell, Tate and Martell.

Macho Callaghan is a lieutenant in the Federal Guards and his job is to capture Butch Cassidy, Ironhead, and their band of outlaws. Getting in touch with Ironhead, Macho finds a way of being hired by the outlaws. But when the two leaders quarrel and decide to separate, Macho manages to convince Ironhead to attack Butch Cassidy.

Hardin is out for revenge after his wife and child are killed and his home burned. He hunts down the gang using his son's toy drummer to signal the shootout while also in search for their leader.

The Benson brothers, who are smuggling guns across the Mexican border, kill King's brother and rape his wife. King must stop their illegal activities, find who is behind them and gain revenge for his family.
