The DVD and CD were recorded over two nights at the Paradiso in Amsterdam. Two studio recordings, "Forever" and "Purifier" are included on the album. Singer Ed Kowalczyk said of them, "Both songs kind of have this urgency about them, where we almost missed our deadlines. You can feel the urgency and the energy of the session in the songs" Despite the fact that the band was on the verge of breaking up, guitarist Chad Taylor was pleased with the DVD. "When I saw the magic that was on camera, I was overcome by emotion. We had documented the energy and efforts of a 20-year career together." However, the long-standing tensions between lead singer Ed Kowalczyk and the other three band members were boiling over. "When the album artwork showed up with Chad, Patrick and I in black and white and Ed in color it shot pain through my veins."

Armin Only is a Dutch all-night dance event featuring solo performance by Armin van Buuren. The event consists of various genres of electronic dance music (but most predominantly Trance Music), light, laser and firework shows and supporting acts of singers/vocalists like Racoon (2005 edition), Ilse de Lange (2006 edition) and Audrey Gallagher performing 'Big Sky' by John O'Callaghan.

The concert was recorded on February 26, 1995, at the “Houston Astrodome” and was televised live on Univision. The singer shared the concert with Tejano singer “Emilio Navaira” and performed to 66,994 people, which broke the previous attendance record held by Selena in the previous year. Selena's performance at the Astrodome became her final televised concert before she was shot and killed on March 31, 1995. The set list mostly included material from her "Amor Prohibido" (1994) album and a medley mashup of disco music songs.

Live in Atlantic City, which contains live footage from Knowles' four-night residency show Revel Presents: Beyoncé Live in May 2012 at Revel Atlantic City, was released as part of the two-disc set of the home media release of Life Is But a Dream on November 25, 2013. It contains the live performances of 21 songs along with a new song, "God Made You Beautiful".

Famed music video director Hamish Hamilton (Madonna, U2) captures in this spectacular 14 camera shoot the energy of Grammy-winning rock group Evanescence in a live performance from the band's concert at the Zenith in Paris, France, on May 25th, 2004. Any Given Thursday is a live CD/DVD by John Mayer, recorded in Birmingham, Alabama at the Oak Mountain Amphitheater on September 12, 2002, during the Room for Squares tour. The album quickly peaked at #17 on the Billboard 200 chart. It features mostly songs from Room for Squares.
