The world of 10-year old Nina has been in turmoil since her father lost his job. Despite weeks of strike, his factory closed down. The manager had tampered with the accounts and precipitated its collapse. But rumour has it that a nest-egg remains hidden somewhere in the factory. Nina and her friend Mehdi spring into action to help Nina’s dad out. This tale of our times, which is also a coming-of-age story, stages the interaction between the concerns of children and those of adults.

Germany, 1945. World War II is nearing its climactic end. Five-year-old Sophie and her parents are refugees fleeing from the advancing Red Army. They hide in a hotel, where they encounter Nazi officer Scharf and Hitler Youth member Beckmann. As the Russians come closer, Sophie falls into a lift and is knocked unconscious. Meanwhile, Scharf accidentally kills Sophie’s mother and Wassily, a paratrooper, kills her father. Time passes and teenage Sophie works for Soviet soldiers as a kitchen maid in the hotel. Food sometimes disappears, but Sophie finds the culprit: Beckmann, who has been hiding in a corridor beneath the hotel since the war ended. As an adult, Sophie reluctantly marries Wassily and develops a relationship with Beckmann. Decades go by; the Russians leave and Scharf takes over the hotel. Sophie convinces Beckmann to leave, and the pair head for the North Sea, turning their backs on the hotel and its memories.

On Halloween night, a shy high school artist must navigate social validation and the bittersweet lines of friendship and heartbreak.

While living in New York, a young immigrant receives tragic news from overseas, and must choose between going home or staying in the US to maintain her legal status.

The film follows three Vietnam war veterans in the post-war period, who happen to be well known Disney characters. This choice that combines with the aforementioned atmosphere creates a delectable piece of work.

Takagi and Nishikata are in their final year of middle school, and have both anxiety and hope for the future. During the summer of their final year, on the day before summer vacation starts, the two find a kitten that they name Hana. They decide to take care of the kitten themselves until they can find its mother.

Miss Moxy and her cat friends look down on everyone who is "different". One day she goes to France with her beloved human Joosje (8) and her parents. Landlady Rita wants desperately to win the Animal’s Got Talent show with her dog Tuur. She sees the musical Miss Moxy and when the family needs to go home, she kidnaps her. Miss Moxy escapes. On the way, she meets two unlikely travel companions: Ayo, an old swallow and Tuur. During their joint adventures Miss Moxy comes to realise that her old opinions are misguided and understands what true friendship means.

A dog crashes into a car while crossing the road, and the driver continues on his way regardless of the injured dog, until a car stops to help the dog. But he helps the dog in a special way.

On the railway track, which is the way to carry weapons to the war fronts, tulips grow inside the railway tracks. During her growth, the flower witnesses that the other flowers collide with the train before reaching their full growth.
