A fleet of Martian spacecraft surrounds the world's major cities and all of humanity waits to see if the extraterrestrial visitors have, as they claim, "come in peace." Dr. Grimm, who is related to team member Reaper, informs them all that the chromosome can mutate humans into monsters - and is highly infectious.

One night, two friends decide to relax by taking a mysterious substance that promises to give them an unforgettable high, but when things take a turn for the worse, their friendship is tested... with bloody results.
