Advertising executive Nick Beame learns that his wife is sleeping with his employer. In a state of despair, he encounters a bumbling thief whose attempted carjacking goes awry when Nick takes him on an involuntary joyride. Soon the betrayed businessman and the incompetent crook strike up a partnership and develop a robbery-revenge scheme. But it turns out that some other criminals in the area don't appreciate the competition.

Alex Fong hangs around gangsters, stresses out his girlfriend with his reluctance to commit and embarrasses his father (Ku Feng) when he gets into trouble. Moon Lee is his sister who’s also a cop working at the same the station of her father and she can’t stand her brother nor his lifestyle. When their father is murdered in cold blood by a hired hitman (Billy Chow), Moon Lee vows to avenge his death.

When not having shoot-outs with the crime syndicate thugs trying to kill her, she spends most of her time in her apartment, wearing lingerie and taking showers. A sub-plot involves the businessman's S&M-obsessed daughter.
