Passing Time

Lucy Harmon, an American teenager is arriving in the lush Tuscan countryside to be sculpted by a family friend who lives in a beautiful villa. Lucy visited there four years earlier and exchanged a kiss with an Italian boy with whom she hopes to become reacquainted.

In a dimly lit room adorned with perculiar decor, a solitary man sits reciting a poem, a poem about Time. Based on the Poem "Time" by Anxhelo Llangozi and inspired by Cbeebies Bedtime Stories.

An epic love story centered around an older man who reads aloud to a woman with Alzheimer's. From a faded notebook, the old man's words bring to life the story about a couple who is separated by World War II, and is then passionately reunited, seven years later, after they have taken different paths.

She got it wrong. It wasn’t just that she couldn’t hear, she wasn’t being heard. By a poetry in her room, she asks her shadows about love she has to the universe.

After meeting one day, a shy boy who expresses himself through haiku and a bubbly but self-conscious girl share a brief, magical summer.

Based on a Poem by Fabi De Luca She always thought something like this wouldn‘t happen to her. No man would disgrace himself because of her. Of course she is used to sexist comments, after all she gets spoiled with them every day.

Mio is 20 years old. Having lost her parents early, she and her grandmother run a traditional inn in Nagano. However, her grandmother gets sick. Mio moves to Tokyo and lives with her father’s best friend, Kyosuke. He runs a public bath. She begins to work at the public bath, but it is scheduled to be demolished to make way for redevelopment.

A monumental traffic jam serves as the backdrop for the lives of the inhabitants of a Swedish city.

A sumptuous short film of friendship and adoration between boys, based on a poem by Peter LeBerge. Moments of joy, bonding and roughhousing on a school trip to the beach counterpoint one teen boy’s introspective sexual awakenings and questionings. Magnificent cinematography and editing create a visual feast that provides the imagery for a narrated poem by Peter Laberge alluding to early homosexual desires, but with Catholic overtones never directly expressed.

About existence from the perspective of 20 nameless black females. Each of the women portray one of the characters represented in the collection of twenty poems, revealing different issues that impact women in general and women of color in particular.
