Despite an official policy that no one in that society goes hungry, Campanella's character receives no help.

Meanwhile the festival gets complicated with the Mayors daughter.

But there is trouble between the ranchers and the farmers and when he finds the brother murdered he straps on a gun and heads after the killer.
