- Fantasy Hotel is a TVB modern drama series broadcast in July 2005. One day, unexpectedly, a friend Kam Kong-Hoi (Wu Fung), gives them his hotel to take care of. Suddenly, the three are bosses and need to improve the hotel for the sake of their friend. Along the way, Ka-Man develops feelings for Ji-Kit, but because of a misunderstanding, she tries to stop her growing feelings for him. When Ji-Kit eventually finds out how Ka-Man feels towards him, he tries to court her but Ka-Man is too afraid of getting hurt.

- Grand Preceptor Shen Qian colludes with the nomadic Nu Muqi tribe to divide and conquer China. When the tribe attacks Yunzhong City, Emperor Xian sends Luo Zeng to resist them. However, Shen tricks Luo and he gets captured. The Emperor mistakenly believes Luo betrayed him, executes his whole family, and Luo's son Luo Kan, along with his brother, escapes and seeks help to save their father. Three women who once rejected Luo Kan's advances also join forces to assist him. However, they are captured, and Luo Kan and Luo Cang lead the people of Yunzhong to fight the invaders. They succeed in defeating Shen Qian, and Luo Zeng demands that he testify to Shen's treachery. Shen's son plots to overthrow the Emperor and imprisons him in a tower. He and his allies, with the help of Luo Kan and Luo Cang, rescue the Emperor and confront Shen.

Ge Wenqin - Shi Xiaoqun accidentally obtained the "Wordless Book of Heaven", a martial arts manual. The various evil sects fought over it, and was all poisoned by false copies created by Prefect Guo Wenqin. To obtain the antidote, they were forced to surrender their martial arts and correct their evil ways. These various martial arts was compiled into another martial arts manual - "Worded Book of Heaven" by Wenqin, and given to Ku'er to master it to do good. Unexpectedly, Huangfu Hui used Ku'er to avenge herself, and even set up a demon cult to kill innocent people indiscriminately. Xiaoqun mastered the martial arts in the "Wordless Book of Heaven" to stop the two from continuing to do evil.

The story is based on the future events of the plot of Vampire Expert, a similar two-season television drama aired on ATV in 1995 and 1996. It blends aspects of the jiangshi with those of western vampires, while injecting elements of Chinese mythology and modern horror legends. The series is a tribute to Lam Ching-ying, the lead actor of Vampire Expert and a prominent cast member in the Mr. Vampire franchise, who died of liver cancer in 1997. It was followed by My Date with a Vampire II and My Date with a Vampire III.
