Laila Mohammed

An Iraqi actress, singer, writer and program presenter, born in Karbala. Although she started her artistic career at the Institute of Music Studies in the early eighties in addition to obtaining a master's degree, she chose acting in the end. She joined the Academy of Fine Arts. Her debut was through the play The Net and the Whale. Among her other plays are: My Beautiful Lady, Desdemona of Iraq, and Nora and the Magician. Among her films: The Lover, Six by Six, and A Glimpse of Power. Born : 3rd-Aug-1961
