Ella Louise Flowers was an American reverend and tv station owner, best known for creating TV 8 Kids' Fun Festival (known online as Pink Morning Cartoon). Flowers was also a country musician, and sang the song "When the Lights Go Dim Downtown", which is in the Country Music Hall of Fame. Born : 17th-Jul-1938
