Chris Roebuck

Chris Roebuck is not your average film editor. With a background in commercials and music videos, his work exudes a unique and creative style that sets him apart from the rest. But it's not just about being different for the sake of being different. Chris understands that the true power of editing lies in its ability to evoke emotions and engage the audience. Whether he is working on a dramatic film or a lighthearted commercial, his aim is always to create a story that resonates deeply and elicits a strong emotional response. As a member of the Guild of British Film Editors (BFE), Chris takes great pride in his craft and constantly seeks to push the boundaries of what is possible. He approaches each project with a sense of experimentation and exploration, always looking for new ways to tell stories and captivate audiences. Born : 26th-Nov-1986

Peak Practice

Toby Wilson - Peak Practice is a British drama series about a GP surgery in Cardale — a small fictional town in the Derbyshire Peak District — and the doctors who worked there. It ran on ITV from 10 May 1993 to 30 January 2002 and was one of their most successful series at the time. It originally starred Kevin Whately as Dr Jack Kerruish, Amanda Burton as Dr Beth Glover and Simon Shepherd as Dr Will Preston, though the roster of doctors would change many times over the course of the series. Cardale was based on the Staffordshire village of Longnor for the final series, but was previously based in the Derbyshire village of Crich, although certain scenes were filmed at other nearby Derbyshire towns and villages, most notably Matlock, Belper and Ashover.
