Mina and Mizuki sisters attended a ballet class in Tokyo. One day, the sisters return home separately, but younger sister, Mizuki, is kidnapped on the way home and discovered as a corpse. On that day, Mina blames herself for returning home, leaving her sister to practice ballet staying. Her mother, Teruko, is also very upset by the news of the discovery of her body, causing deep emotional wounds. The incident was featured on a variety show, and the mother and daughter, who couldn't stand the curiosity of the world, moved to a quiet country town far from the city. Furyō shōnen 3, 000-ri no sō-ban (atama)

The movie is based on an autobiographical book titled “Tokyo Furyou Shounen Densetsu.” The book was written by Endo Natsuki, who was once affiliated with the biker team and band COOLS that was formed in the 1970s by Tachi Hiroshi (61) and Iwaki Koichi (60). The story for the film takes place at a technical high school in the 1970s, where it is said that half of the school’s 3,000 students are juvenile delinquents. Daisuke was too occupied with an ongoing sexual fling with his secretary (Asami) to notice that his daughter was missing at first, and his relationship with her was already strained due to a certain incident in the past, but when he receives a threatening phone call he eventually recognizes the gravity of the situation. Eventually, Kimika begins to calm down as her fear slowly turns into a perverse attraction to this strange person holding her captive. What is the kidnapper’s motive? And what is his true form? In the basement of a certain building, insanity merges with obscenity as the plot unfolds.
