Baton is a collection of three 20-minute Sci-fi anime films dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the establishment of Yokohama city. On Planet Abel, human-like robot Apollo (Ichihara Hayato, Rookies) and robot-like human Mikaru (Ueto Aya, Azumi) come upon a stowaway robot with a mysterious "Cipher" chip. Not knowing Cipher's powers, Apollo takes the chip for fun, throwing both him and Mikaru headfirst into a mind-boggling mystery that affects the past, present, and future.

To revive Tendokai, Okita (Yasukaze Motomiya) and Kurata (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi) form the Washio-gumi, recruiting former members like Murata (Shunsaku Kudo) and Yagi (Yudai Uenishi). They are warned by retired Kozo Otani (Shun Suda) about an impending police raid on their organization. Despite Kurata's questioning, Otani remains vague. Meanwhile, Akinari Myojin (Kaneko Sho) discovers that Jinseikai was being controlled by Prime Minister Anan (Ikki Hankai). Before they can act, Jinseikai's headquarters is destroyed by a "mysterious man." Hozumi (IZAM) of the police suspects Washio-gumi is behind it, but Okita and Kurata are uncertain. Hozumi suggests the conspiracy may be tied to Kazuma Washio's (Hitoshi Ozawa) past, prompting them to investigate. Okita visits arms dealer Genkichi Hyuga (Masataka Naruse), who holds crucial information that leads Okita to a shocking truth…

Former Tendokai Sixth-Generation Chairman Kazuma Washio (Hitoshi Ozawa) waited for a man in a VIP room at a high-end bar. The man was Sasahara Goro (Tetsu Watanabe), a former police officer who secretly orchestrated the conflict between Tendokai and the Tōnin Rengō. Now, Sasahara was the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Commissioner. Washio demanded Sasahara arrange a meeting with Prime Minister Kenzō Anan (Ikki Hankai). Meanwhile, at Washio-gumi, the Sankōkai—the group that led to the disbandment of Tendokai—arrived. The current leader, Daiki Yabuta (Kenji Matsuda), was once a close ally of Okita. Yabuta proposed an alliance with Washio-gumi and asked Okita to join forces. What is Yabuta's true intention, and what will Okita decide?

The Nihon Tōgōsha continues to dismantle yakuza organizations across the country. This group aims to unify yakuza nationwide, similar to the former Tendokai under Kazuma Washio (Hitoshi Ozawa). Meanwhile, within Nihon Tōgōsha, Kazuma Washio is expanding his influence, prompting the leader Tōjō (Kentarō Shimazu) to take action and plot Washio’s assassination. However, the plan leads to unexpected outcomes... Additionally, a letter sent to Washio-gumi and other national yakuza organizations pushes Okita and the others into even greater peril.

The Hyodo-gumi boss—part of Tendokai, Japan’s largest yakuza syndicate—has been brutally murdered. CONFLICT II: Conclusion

Chinese Dinner

Hoshino (Toshiro Yanagiba) is the mob-connected owner of a ritzy Chinese restaurant. A long-meditated money-laundering deal is about to bear fruit and earn him a cool 5 billion yen. The gang boss who backed him on this deal will be pleased. He is, understandably, in the mood for celebrating when an unexpected visitor (Izam) arrives — a tall, husky, mincing fellow in dreadlocks, with a gun. He is a hit man sent to whack Hoshino — but for what? The hit man neither explains nor kills; instead he sits down at the table and asks Hoshino when dinner is going to be served. Coolly, Hoshino calls in Chinese for the waitress, who enters, wearing a red, slit dress and an inscrutable expression, with the first course. The longest meal of Hoshino’s life has just begun.
