Ugo Broussot débute sa formation au Conservatoire Régional d'Art Dramatique d'Orléans sous le regard de Nicole Mérouze, Jean-Claude Cotillard et Niseema Theillaud. Il obtient une Licence d'Etudes Théâtrales à l'UFR Théâtre de Paris III (Sorbonne Nouvelle).
