Her father is a hard working and intelligent businessman however is unaware of the fact that he is being cheated by his own employee named Vijay whose motive is to seize the entire estate by marrying Parna. Parna meets Rana, the son of another employee in his father's farm and is swept off her feet at his happy go lucky nature. Their relationship is not taken in a very calm manner by Vijay. He inflicts war against Rana. However love wins in the end. Vijay's craftiness is brought to everyone's notice. The young lovers are united.
