Broad Are the Leaves

The action takes place in 1943 and today, and a Partisan school in Srem is in the center of action. A young journalist gets appointed to shoot a film report about the participants in the Liberation War from this area. In Srem village she meets common, simple people. She discovers that a free territory and a Partisan school was there. She also finds out that everybody acted as one. Deply going through all of those events, young reporter grows mature, identifying herself with the revolution participants.

The Last Race

Twelve-year-old son of a divorced parents live in a skyscraper, but the drab of urban living is somewhat improved by the proximity of hippodrome and horse farm. Boy's favorite is a former champion named Evergreen, a stud whom the administration decides to sell to the slaughterhouse. After an unsuccessful attempt to change their mind, children steal the horse and disappear. After realizing what this horse mean to them, they give it as a present to the boy's class.

Yugo: A Short Autobiography

A half-hour fictional documentary film that, through the fates of different people, tries to illuminate the phenomenon of the YUGO car, a cute outsider of small capacities but big ambitions, in the period between 1980 and 2008, when it was manufactured. The film combines statements from authentic workers that were involved in the production of Yugo, archives, along with the reconstruction of different fragments from the Yugo's history which portray him both as a family and a thug's car, as a part of the great American Dream, or as a symbol of betrayed expectations. This film is a small 'commemorative' review of the history of an automobile that for a long time symbolized, in a jocular and veritable way, sometimes even by accident, the times in which he was manufactured.

Zone of the Dead

A police-escorted prisoner transport supervised by Interpol sets off to Belgrade. A quintet of small-time crooks that works under disguise of a musical band become the supporters of Partisan resistance movement in WW2. Being forced to escape to another part of the occupied territory, they hide in "Marlene Saloon" forgetting that the bordellos of the kind are an ideal place for espionage during the war. They get more problems than peace and rest and the tragicomedy starts.

Roki, fudbaler sa specijalnim zadatkom (uncredited) - Vruć vetar is one of the most popular Yugoslav TV miniseries that aired in 1980. The show and movie cut from scenes of the show were popular in neighboring countries-also very popular in Czechoslovakia. Its main theme became very popular and enjoying a bit of a cult status. The story follows Shurda, a man in his 30s, who comes from a small town to Belgrade to get rich. However, as no job is good enough for him, he tries his luck in Germany, but this venture proves to be the same, so he returns to his native Yugoslavia.

Once Upon A Time There Was A Country is an extended TV version of Emir Kusturica's Palme d'Or winning Underground.
